KAMON

This stamp is for a couple in Japan.
We were having chat on skype and just talking about "ONE STAMP in a day" and I asked him if they like to have something and actually he already thought about it. They are going to start new business and new life in Siattle next year, and thought about a stamp as a logo.
An idea behind is (I don't know if I clearly explain but I try) that we have sing for family in Japan call "KAMON"and they like to use the sign and call it Fllower gate which also pronounce "KAMON".

And this is my first typographical stamp, normally I don't look into every single details, but if it typeface, I started notice different weight within the type, so I felt designing type rather than making stamp which is something new to me:)
