This is for a couple, I thought maybe nice to give a stamp for a little gift for visiting us from Amsterdam during the weekend.

They often has opposite side of what they like, mentality and personality etc, which is like a tree and ground the way how they balances each other, maybe the tree looks open and feel cold fresh when you touch it, ground is very solid and feel warm when you put hand into it...

友人夫婦の為のスタンプ。

週末アムステルダムから遊びにきてくれた彼らにスタンプを作ることになりました。暑中見舞いなどの手紙に使える、夫婦をうまく表現した様なスタンプをという事でした。性格や好きな事が対照的な彼らはまるで木と土の関係の様です。木は一見開放的に見えても、触ってみると冷たかったり、土は一見固く重そうに見えても手を突っ込むととても温かかったり。。。

Feasibility

This is for a colleague, she told me about her personality by use the word "Feasibility". She is dancing and making things by herself it because of the Feasibility drives her.

for her is a balancing of something introvert and extrovert. We have a expiation in japan "山椒は小粒でもぴりりと辛い" which means "pepper is very spicy although it small". She is small women but act very dynamic...

同僚の為のスタンプ。

彼女は自分の性格を一つの単語「Feasibility（実行できる事）」を使って説明してくれました。彼女はバレエをしたり、洋服を作ったり、それはこの一つの言葉から来るそうです。

それは自分の外に向かう事と、内に向かう事のバランスでもあります。そして彼女は小柄ですがダイナミックに活動します、いわゆる「山椒は小粒でもぴりりと辛い」ですね。

Soft and Sweet

This is for a colleague. He is the one who take cares whole computer, mac of corse at the office. He is very soft and sweet which you don't think so when you see him at same time, because he is tall and got a tattoo on both shoulder. So the stamp give you a feeling about his personality:)

同僚の為のスタンプ。

彼はオフィスのコンピューター（もちろんマック）を管理しています。彼はとってもソフトでスイートですが、背が高くて入れ墨をしてる彼の第一印象は間違いなく、そうならないと思います（笑　このハンコで少し印象が変われば、がアイデアですね。

New The Hague Shuffle

This is for a colleague, he used to go a club in Rotterdam and do Rotterdam Shuffle which is style of dance, and we thought that would be a stamp for him. And it because he is not doing anymore, we call it "New The Hague Shuffle" instead.

同僚の為のスタンプ。

彼は「ロッテルダムシャッフル」というスタイルの踊りをする為によくロッテルダムのクラブへ行ってました。今はもうしていないそうなので、今のオフィスのある「デンハーグシャッフル」と名付けました。

Blender and Cherry Blossom

This was the first order from Japan. She asked me to create two stamps. She runs a cooking class and a gallery and one stamp is for the cooking class. The idea is use a blender which they often use in the class.

日本から初めて注文をいただきました。
東京でローフードの教室やギャラリーの運営をされている方です。一つはその料理教室で使用するハンコをという事で、よく使用するというブレンダーをハンコにする事にしました。

And the other stamp is for herself. Her name contains a character of cherry blossom and she wanted a stamp of it. It was little difficult, because cherry blossom is very popular in Japan which means many symbols are developed also traditionally and tend to look like Japanese, but she doesn't want japanese feel...

The idea is about SAKURA FUBUKI it means a cherry blossom snowstorm. It a one of the most beautiful moment during the season as you can see.

そして、もう一つは彼女の個人的なハンコ。

名前にも含まれる文字「桜」のハンコをという事でした。桜でまず思いつくのが文様や家紋などで、日本ではよく目にするシンボルです。日本っぽいのですが「和っぽくなりすぎない方がよい」ということだったのでちょっと苦労しました。

結果、桜吹雪のハンコになりました。

桜がもっとも美しく見える瞬間で、押してみると風景の様に見える何とも言えない雰囲気がとても奇麗だと思います。

American Panda

This stamp for my sister's husband. He have an american bike and also team with people have same type of bike. He asked me to create a logo for the team and I thought I can make a logo by making a stamp.

The team call "American in Wakayama" and Wakayama is the place where they live and a Panda is symbol of this region, that why he is there:)

妹の旦那さんの為のスタンプ。

和歌山在住でハーレー乗り、チームも持っている彼に以前チームのロゴをつくってくれないかと頼まれました、そこでハンコ作りでロゴをつくる事にしました。チーム名は「アメリカン in 和歌山」和歌山はパンダが名物だそうでアメリカン（バイク）とパンダを組み合わせる事にしました。

A fathers day

This is for a father of a colleague. He wanted to give a present in father's day. The father have a company cleaning a window so the idea is make it in to stamp with his initial to it.

同僚のお父さんの為のスタンプ。
父の日のプレゼントにスタンプを渡したいとの事、窓掃除の会社を経営し自らも窓掃除をするそうなので、そんな父親の姿をスタンプにしました。拭いたあとが彼のイニシャルになってます。

Aborigine art

This is for a colleague. She explain to me that she has two mentality for instance combination of lovely and bitch, it because she is Gemini in Constellation and she doesn't want to make everything clear in positive way. and she like an art form aborigine from Australia, so I add a touch of it to the stamp.

同僚の為のスタンプ。
双子座の彼女は自分の性格に二面性があると説明してくれました、それは白黒はっきりとつけたくない現れでもあるそうで、彼女にとって前向き事みたい。そしてオーストラリアのアボリジニーのアートが好きな彼女、そのテイストをハンコに入れる事にしました。

A Interior designer

This is for a friend of colleague. she want to give a birthday present for a friend who is interior designer and had a cat. The friend has a simple and a natural taste so we make decided to stamp to be simple.

同僚の友人の誕生日プレゼント。
友人はインテリアデザイナーでシンプル／ナチュラル好きな人、スタンプもシンプルに仕上げました。

Enjoy the moment

This is for a colleague, she love enjoy the moment together with the husband with a glass of wine, and we thought that would be nice stamp, and It was good surprise that the day I give the stamp is actually a  wedding anniversary!

同僚のためのスタンプ。
彼女は旦那さんとワインを飲みながら自分たちの時間を楽しむのが好きで、それをそのままスタンプにする事にしました。驚いた事に偶然にもスタンプをあげた日が結婚記念日でした！

Milan, Italy

It was for a colleague, she has been visiting Italy every year since more than 10 years and Italian people call her Milan, that why her name is pointing at Milan and she loves fashion and Jewelry as much as Italy.
I guess that something to do with shape of Italy:)

彼女はもう１０年以上も前から毎年イタリアを訪れていて、イタリア人は彼女の事をミランとよびます。そのため、彼女の名前（ミレーネ）はミラノを指しています。そしてイタリアと同じぐらいファッションと宝石を愛する彼女、きっとイタリアがブーツの形をしてるからでしょうね。

A gift

I got a gift from two stamps few weeks ago.
It seems they are really happy about stamps I made and gave me a lot of chocolate, very sweet.

このスタンプをつくった一家からお礼を頂きました。
すごく気に入ってもらったみたいです、うれしいですね。

My desk

I took a picture of my desk for a change, it always a little mess...

仕事場です、大きなテーブルなんですが、最近はいっつもこんな感じですね。。。

WINX

A stamp from long weekend was for colleague of daughter.
She loves a cartoon call "WINX" and an idea is to make a character in my style with her name.

長い週末中につくった同僚の為のスタンプ。
彼女はオランダのテレビアニメで「ウィンクス」の主人公が大のお気に入り出そうで、僕のスタイルで主人公を彼女風につくるというのがアイデア、こういうのはちょっと新しいですね。

Film

Yesterday was for a colleague.
He ask me two stamps, one for himself and one for his daughter, and I created his stamp first because I got a feeling that he rally want a stamp for himself:)

He want a stamp which can recognize it him and he is known as crazy film guy in the office. so it was already clear what I need to do.

同僚Aの為のスタンプ。
彼の要望で彼と彼の娘のスタンプ二つをつくる事になり、とてもスタンプに興味がありそうで、「ああやって、こうやって使うんだ〜」とすごく盛り上がっていたので、まず彼のを制作する事にしました。
彼は誰がみても自分とわかるスタンプが欲しいとの事、そして彼は自分のガレージを映画館に変えてしまうほどの映画好き、つくるものはハッキリしていますね。
